Msowoya out for two weeks

TNM Super League second placed Nyasa Big Bullets’  has suffered a setback following the injury of their hit-man, Chiukepo Msowoya.

According to the team’s Doctor Felix Mwalule, Chiukepo will be out for two weeks due to the thigh muscles he pulled during Fisd Challenge Cup semi-final loss to Moyale Barracks at Civo Stadium in Lilongwe on Sunday.

“We have given him time to rest this week, and he will also be assessed next week. We want him to recover fully. We expect him [back in action] after next week,” Mwalule said.

Bullets are on second position on the league’s log table with 54 points from 25 games whereas rivals, Be Forward Wanderers, lead the table with 58 points from the same number of games.
