Fixtures were unfair – Madeira

Fisd Challenge Cup defending Champions Be Forward Wanderers blame the fixtures congestion for their 2-0 loss to Moyale Barracks in this year’s Fisd Challenge Cup at Mzuzu stadium on Tuesday.

Players were tired

Nomads played  3 games in  96 hours  which saw their players caught with fatigue, According to team manager Steve Madeira.

“Fatigue caught up so much on our players. We have the league tittle campaign  to concentrate on,” said Madeira.

Before traveling to Mzuzu, the lali lubani boys had two TNM super league fixtures against Silver Strikers and Blue Eagles on Saturday and Sunday in Lilongwe which saw the Blantyre based manage to collect 3  point [against Blue Eagles] out 6.
